You can have as many costings as you want for each project.
Create a New Costing
Costings are created in the Projects Page. to get to the Projects page, Click on the Cost Estimate Module, then click the Projects page
To create a new Costing for a Project:
1. Select the Project in which you want to create a new costing. Learn how to create Projects Here.
2. Click on the New button under the Costing group on the top ribbon.
Once clicked, a new page pops up to create a new Costing.
3. On this page, enter a name for your costing. For instance, you can name your costing like "House 1", "Granny Flat", "Landscaping", etc.
4. If you want to have a code for your Costing, type it in the Code box.
If you want to create the new costing based on any Template, Select the template from the Drop down list.
By checking "Remove Quantities", the new costing wouldn't have the quantities of the selected template and provide a fresh new costing for you to start with.
In the same way, by checking "Remove Selected Products", the new costing wouldn't have the selected products of the template and provide a fresh new costing for you to start with.
Once click Create New button, the new costing will be created and a new page pops up to edit the costing.
